SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Sabala Whitetail LLC has submitted the following application:
SUB-05-01: Amendment to Subdivision Final Plat. The original final plat included 14 residential lots, 1 maintenance/administrative parcel, and 9 multi-use lots. The proposed amended
plat includes 2 residential lots, recreation and open space, a maintenance/administrative parcel, and 1 lot designated as multi-use and open space.
Companion applications for an amendment to the Whitetail PUD (PUD-05-01) and for the Whitetail Cabin Sites Phase 2 (SUB-11-02) have also been submitted. All three applications will be
considered concurrently by the Council. At a public hearing held during the February 7, 2012 meeting of the McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission, the Commission recommended that
the McCall City Council approve all three applications. At the March 22 City Council meeting, the application was presented. No changes have been made to the documents.
The complete land use file is available for review during normal working hours in the Community Development Department located at the McCall City Hall, 216 East Park Street, McCall,
Idaho 83638.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve SUB-05-01 subject to the presented Findings and Conclusions and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
