SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Sabala Whitetail LLC has submitted the following application:
SUB-11-02: A Subdivision Preliminary and Final Plat application of 10 cabin sites within the Whitetail PUD. A request for a public hearing to appeal the Commission’s recommendation for
approval of this application has been received.
Companion applications for an amendment to the Whitetail PUD (PUD-05-01), and an amendment to the Whitetail Phase 1A Final Plat (SUB-05-01) have also been submitted. All three applications
will be considered concurrently by the Council. At a public hearing held during the February 7, 2012 meeting of the McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission, the Commission recommended
that the McCall City Council approve all three applications. At the March 22 City Council meeting, the application was presented. No changes have been made to the documents.
The complete land use file is available for review during normal working hours in the Community Development Department located at the McCall City Hall, 216 East Park Street, McCall,
Idaho 83638.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve SUB-11-02 subject to the presented Findings and Conclusions and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
