SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Sheelagh Price and Garth Kanigowski have submitted an application for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) to develop the property in a way that preserves the existing locally significant
historic structure. The former residence of Warren and Jayne Brown is a significant example of residential design reflecting many aspects of the late 1940’s and early mid century homes
of the 1950’s. The PUD application requests alleviation from McCall City Code lot coverage and setback standards.
At a public hearing held during the March 6, 2012 meeting of the McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission, the Commission recommended that the McCall City Council approve PUD-12-01.
The Commission approved the related Design Review (DR-12-05) and Scenic Route (SR-12-02).
The complete land use file is available for review during normal working hours in the Community Development Department located at the McCall City Hall, 216 East Park Street, McCall,
Idaho 83638.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve application PUD-12-01 subject to the presented Findings and Conclusions and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
