SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The wastewater Technical Advisory Group (TAG) delivered a revised TAG Report to the City Council on March 23, 2012. The Council has 45 days, or until May 7, 2012, to approve, reject,
or request further modifications to the March 23 TAG Report.
Staff recommends that the Council approve the TAG Report and forward it to the Payette Lakes Recreational Water & Sewer District (District) for their review. As provided in Section 4(f)(2)
of the Settlement Agreement, the District Board will have 45 days to approve, reject, or request modifications to the TAG Report.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Provide direction to staff and/or the wastewater Technical Advisory Group.
