CALL TO ORDER
The September 19, 2011, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:47 P.M. by
Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Bray, Griffith, Harvey, Koon, Luebbert, Pope, Schulte, Scrivner, and
Weber
Absent: *Carroll
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
2011 -76 (Contract with Peckham and Wright) - Councilman Mike Harvey stated he plans
to place this bill on the informal calendar when it comes up for a vote.
Mayor Eric Struemph turned the Chair over to President Pro Tempore Dave Griffith
temporarily while he left the meeting room. He returned to resume the Chair at the point that
Bill 2011 -67 was up for discussion.
2011 -57 (Adoption of 2011 -2012 Budget - currently on Informal Calendar) -
Councilman Koon asked Interim City Counselor Drew Hilpert to explain some of the
amendments that have been submitted by Council Members so far.
*Councilwoman Carrie Carroll arrived at this point in the meeting (5:55 P.M.).
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:58 P.M.
