SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Technical Advisory Group (TAG) as of April 19, 2012 was still working on revisions to the report as requested by Council on April 12, 2012 and have not formally met to finalize those
revisions. It is anticipated that the revised TAG Report will be distributed to City Council prior to their April 26, 2012 meeting.
Staff will recommend that the Council approve the TAG Report and forward it to the Payette Lakes Recreational Water & Sewer District (District) for their review. As provided in Section
4(f)(2) of the Settlement Agreement, the District Board will have 45 days to approve, reject, or request modifications to the TAG Report.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Provide direction to staff and/or the Wastewater Technical Advisory Group.
