SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The applicant has submitted a request to extend the deadline for recordation of the Spring Mountain Ranch #5 final plat for one year. The final plat approval was given by City Council
on November 19, 2009 and the original recordation deadline was May 19, 2011. At its April 28, 2011 meeting, City Council approved a one year extension of this deadline to May 19, 2012.
The applicant is requesting a second extension of the plat recordation deadline of one year. The new proposed deadline would be May 19, 2013.
McCall City Code (MCC 9.2.07.F) notes both that an extension may be granted and that such extension must be approved by City Council.

Hall, 216 East Park Street, McCall, Idaho 83638.
