CALL TO ORDER
The October 3, 2011, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:45 P.M. by Mayor
Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Bray, Griffith, Koon, Luebbert, Pope, Schulte, Scrivner, and Weber
Absent: *Carroll (arrived at 5:49 P.M.) and Harvey
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
2011 -76 (Contract with Peckham and Wright) - Councilman Bray stated that since the
sponsor, Councilman Mike Harvey, will be absent tonight, he intends to make a motion to
place this bill on the Informal Calendar.
Discussion was held regarding how to allow the public to make comments on the
amendments which will be proposed to the budget, which will be considered under bill
2011 -57. Mayor Eric Struemph stated that after the proposed amendments are offered, he
would allow members of the public to come forward to speak on the issues affected by the
amendments.
