CALL TO ORDER
The October 17, 2011, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
President Pro Tempore Dave Griffith in the absence of Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Bray, Griffith, Harvey (arrived at 5:46 P.M.), Koon, Luebbert, Pope,
Schulte, and Weber
Absent: Carroll and Scrivner
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
2011 -96 (vacate portion of Spruce Street) - Interim City Administrator Nathan Nickolaus
explained that since the sponsor of this bill will be absent tonight, suspending the rules on
this will require a motion, second, and majority vote to do so.
2011 -76 (Contract with Peckham and Wright) - Councilman Harvey stated he plans to
remove this from the Informal Calendar and vote on it tonight. Councilman Bray stated that
he will have some amendments to offer to this bill.
