Hearing Request This is Mingxiu Lu, the car driver of Honda Odyssey who received $55.00 Parking Violation ticket (Citation: TC040001137) on Feb 24°i 2018 03: 55pm, in the parking lot (near Bogue St) of Live Oak Park Community Center, 10155 Bogue St, Temple City, CA 91780. The reason for received this Violation ticket is for Back -In Parking, On Feb 241" 2018 afternoon, I was serving sound system (speaking microphones, speakers, and music player) for ipaia Photography Association's 2018 event in Temple City's Live Oak Park Community Center. I drove my own vehicle Honda Odyssey to transport all my heavy equipment to the community center. When I got there, I first temporarily stopped my vehicle near the front gate of the community center to unload my equipment one by one to the event place. After I loaded everything into the center, all parking lots around was almost full, there was only one parking place available on the back of me. I did not see any warning sign beside me about the back -in parking is prohibited, so I immediately back -in parked into my back parking place. My time was hurry, I must quickly setup all equipment including connecting speaker cables with the mixer and testing wireless microphone ready for event using. After the event over, when I moved every equipment near my vehicle, I found this parking violation ticket. I walked all the way of parking lot to find the warning sign, and I eventually found the sign in the place beside the entrance of parking lot. This warning sign is not obvious for me to see when I drive my car, otherwise, I will never back -in parking my vehicle for any circumstance.
