CALL TO ORDER
The November 7, 2011, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:48 P.M. by Mayor
Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Bray, Griffith, Harvey, Koon, Luebbert, Pope, Schulte, Scrivner, and
Weber
Absent: Carroll
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
RS2011 -30 (Approving 2012 CVB Budget) - Councilman Rich Koon stated he will make
a motion to move that item up on the agenda to be considered immediately following Steve
Picker's presentation on that issue.
2011 -88 (Residential Parking in Downtown) - Councilman Bob Scrivner stated he will
withdraw that bill tonight to allow more work to be done on the issue.
2011 -101 (Vacating Portion of Alameda Drive) - Councilman Bob Scrivner stated he will
withdraw this bill tonight as he has been informed by staff that the issue is not yet ready to
move forward.
2011 -76 (Contract for New Fire Station 3) - Councilman Harvey stated he plans to remove
this from the Informal Calendar and vote on it tonight. Discussion was held regarding the
issue of a "motion to reconsider" on this item.
