Members Present: Mike Weiss(Chair),Charles Jones, Rick Fereday
Staff: Richard M.Stein,Airport Manager.
Others Present:Judd DeVore; Karen Janiak
Mike Weiss, Chair,called the meeting to order at 12:00 p.m.
Public comment: None
Approval of Minutes from November 7,2019:The September 5, 2019 regular meeting minutes were presented
for review and approval.Rick Fereday moved to accept the minutes,Charles Jones seconded the motion.All voted
aye and the motion passed.
Hangar 104 (Pioneer/Johnson Flying Service Building) — Historical designation passed by the National Park
Service. Staff provided information on the possible donation of Hangar 104 to the City. Staff is undertaking a
building inspection and property valuation.
Hangar Storage Policy— Draft handed out to MC members and audience for review and discussion. Staff will
bring an approval request will be brought to the next AAC meeting
Three-month calendar review: The following upcoming meetings were noted:
AAC—Jan 2nd, Feb 6th, Mar5
Airport Zoning—City Council—Dec 19th
Airport Zoning—Valley County—Dec 16th
McCall Historical Commission—Dec 16th
Annual reports—City Council—Jan 23rd,TBD for Council Retreat
Motion to Adjourn: A motion to adjourn was made by Rick Fereday,seconded by Charles Jones. All voted in
favor
