I WAS FEELING EXTREMELY UNWELL WHEN I WAS IN THE CAR. MY HUSBAND NOTICED

MY SITUATION AND WE HAD TO STOP FOR EMERGENCY AT THAT TIME, I JUST PARKED
AND STEPPED OUT THE CAR AND RESTED ON THE CHAIR NEXT TO MY CAR FOR A FEW
MINUTES, WE TRIED TO MOVE OUR CAR IMMEDIATELY WHEN I SAW THE SWEEPING CAR
CAME, WE DID NOT LIVE ON THE STREET WHICH WE GOT CITATION AND WE DID NOT
PARK THERE OVERNIGHT. WE ONLY STOPPED.A FEW MINUTES FOR LIFE EMERGENCY,
PEOPLE AROUND ME THAT MORNING CAN WITNESS MY SITUATION WAS TOO BAD TO
DRIVE AT THAT TIME, I GOT CAR ACCIDENT IMMEDIATELY WHEN I TRIED TO MOVE MY
CAR BECAUSE I SAW THE SWEEPING MACHINE COMING, THE OFFICER AND THE
NEIGHBORHOOD THERE ALL WITNESSED THE CAR ACCIDENT. I BELIEVE I AM NOT LIABLE
FOR THIS CITATION IF I TRIED TO PROTECT MY LIFE AND THE PEOPLE AROUND ME
BECAUSE OF JUST A FEW MINUTES EMERGENCY STOP ON THE SIDE OF STREET,
