10/16/2018 Review Request Accepted IAM NEW TO TEMPLE CifY. I HAVE NEVER LIVED IN AN AREA WHERE I COULD NOT
PARK MY VEHICLE BACKWARDS INTO A PARKING SPOT, THERE IS NO EXPECTATION
OF KNOWING SUCH VEHICLE CODE VIOLATION. THE CITY NEEDS TO PROVIDE MORE
INFORMATION IN THE PARKING LOTTO ADVISE THE CITIZENS THAT SUCH
VIOLATION WOULD RESULT IN FINES AND PENALTIES, THE ONLY SIGN THAT I
POUND AFTER THE CITATION WAS A SIGN ADVISING NOT TO PARK BACKWARDS, I
BELIEVE IT IS A HEFTY PENALTY FOR A VIOLATION THAT AN AVERAGE CITIZEN
WOULD HAVE NO EXPECTATION OF KNOWING, A WARNING WOULD BE MORE
APPROPRIATE FOR FIRST VIOLATION TO EDUCATE THE NEW CITIZENS IN THE CITY
OF THIS LAW THAT GENERALLY DO NOT EXIST IN OTHER NEIGHBORING CITIES, IF
MY ONLINE APPEAL IS NOT ACCEPTED, I WOULD LIKE TO GO TO COURT REGARDING
THIS CITATION TO ARGUE MY CASE,
