CALL TO ORDER
The December 6, 2011, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:45 P.M. by Mayor
Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Bray, *Carroll (arrived at 5:53 P.M.), Griffith, Koon, Luebbert, Pope,
Schulte, and * *Scrivner (arrived at 5:57 P.M.)
Absent: Harvey and Weber
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Interim City Administrator Nathan Nickolaus was asked to explain the procedure for the
sidewalk deferral appeal hearing.
*Councilwoman Carrie Carroll arrived at this point in the meeting (5:53 P.M.)
Bill 2011 -98 (Amendment to Allied Waste Contract) - Councilwoman Carrie Carroll stated
she intends to bring this off the Informal Calendar to be voted on tonight.
* *Councilman Bob Scrivner arrived at this point in the meeting (5:57 P.M.)
Bill 2011 -117 (Development Agreement with Lohman Investments, LLC) - Councilman
Bryan Pope stated he has an amendment to offer on Bill 2011 -117.
