CALL TO ORDER
The December 29, 2011, City Council "Brown Bagel" Meeting was convened at 7:33 A.M.
by President Pro Tempore Dave Griffith in the absence of Mayor Eric Struemph *.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Bray, Griffith, Harvey, Koon, Luebbert, Pope, and Scrivner
Absent: Carroll, Schulte, and Weber
A quorum was present when the meeting convened.
*Mayor Eric Struemph arrived at 7:35 A.M. and assumed the Chair.
