All matters which are listed within the consent section of the agenda have been distributed to each member
of the McCall City Council for reading and study. Items listed are considered routine by the Council and
will be enacted with one motion unless a Council Member specifically requests it to be removed from the
Consent Agenda to be considered separately. Staff recommends approval of the following ACTION

the agenda for any item(s) the public may wish to bring forward and discuss. Please limit comments to
three (3) minutes. The City Council does not take any action or make any decisions during public
comment. To request Council action during the Business portion of a Council meeting, contact the City
Manager or City Clerk at least one week in advance of a meeting.

agency to discuss the legal ramifications of and legal options for pending litigation, or
controversies not yet being litigated but imminently likely to be litigated. The mere presence of
legal counsel at an executive session does not satisfy this requirement
