Regular Meeting,
Mayor Ross presiding and councilmen W Haa.ck, Neil Okones, H P Kruse
H L Luwe and Geo Lindaman present.
Minutes of all_ April meetings were read and on motion by Okones
second by Kruse same be approved as read, 112otion carried.
Treasurers report was received, read and ordered placed on fi7,e.
It was moved by H P Kruse and second by H L Luwe that a Park
Fund be created and funds. for same be treated as alb other Towr.s
funds. I�4otion Carried.
The fol7_orJing Resolution was read and moved for adoption;
� Be it resolved by the Town council of We1]_sburg Iowa, that;
The Town Clerk is herel�Z authorized to issue warrants
in vacation for payment of the foll_owin�; claims;
Street Lightning, Motor Power - Freight &Express,
Postage;- Bonds- Bond interest;- Sales taxes -
Telephone tolls;- and Salary's. of alp re�;ular,iemployee's
when duly presented and bi7_ls riled for same.
Vote on above Resolution;
Ayes- Haack,Kruee, Lutive, Okones,Lindaman
Nays None.
