WHEREAS, there exists sewer utility rates for the users in the Richmond
District "D. Sanitary
( strict") as set forth in Resolution No. 19 -1994, as amended on November
and June 8, 2004 14, 1995
( Resolution No. 7- 2004 by the Board of Sanitary Commissioners ( "Board"
and approved by Ordinance Nos. 93 -1995 and 46 -2004 of the Common )
Council of the City of
Richmond ("Cityll); and
WHEREAS, the Board for the District has determined that Resolution No. 7 -2004
requires clarification with respect to the treatment rates f
users; and or residential, commercial and industrial
WHEREAS, IC 36- 9 -25 -1 l (e) requires a change of fees be approved b

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COMMISSIONERS OF THE RICHMOND SANITARY DIST SANITARY
DISTRICT, THAT:
Section 1. The Board does hereby, after public hearing reco
' mmend the following
clarification to the sewer utility rates and requests th the Common Council

Section 2. The above proposed rates should be taken to the Common Council for its
approval in ordinance form
Section 3. All other provisions of and all other rates and charges established by
Ordinance No. 8 -1989, as amended by Ordinance No. 93 -1995 and Ordinance No. 46 -2004, shall
remain in full force and effect.
Section 4. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
