CALL TO ORDER
The January 17, 2012, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:45 P.M. by Mayor
Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Bray, Harvey, Koon, Luebbert, Schulte, and Weber
Absent: Carroll, Pope, and Scrivner
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Melva Fast announced that Mr. Jim Crabtree would be present tonight to make a
presentation regarding Resolution RS2011 -38, Urban Waters Grant project.
Discussion was held regarding moving Resolutions RS2011 -38 and RS2011 -39 up on the
agenda to accommodate some special guests which would be making presentations on
those items. Councilman Rich Koon said he would be happy to make a motion to move
them up.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:53 P.M.
