CALL TO ORDER
The February 6, 2012, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:45 P.M. by Mayor
Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Bray, Harvey, Koon, Luebbert, Pope, Schulte, Scrivner, and Weber
Absent: Carroll
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Chief Roger Schroeder stated that the Council has asked if he could make an
announcement tonight about the upcoming HOPE events dealing with the issue of heroin
usage in the community.
Bill 2011 -135 (agreement with St. Martins) - City Administrator Nathan Nickolaus asked that
the sponsor, Councilman Koon, place this on the Informal Calendar tonight as the issue is
not yet ready to be finalized.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:50 P.M.
