CALL TO ORDER
The February 16, 2012, City Council "Brown Bagel" Meeting was convened at 7:33 A.M. by
Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Bray, *Carroll (arrived at 7:45 a.m.), Koon, Luebbert, Harvey, Pope,
Schulte, and Weber
Absent: Scrivner
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Miscellaneous agenda items: Finance Director Steve Schlueter stated that Melody Green
and some other members of the USS Jefferson City Submarine Committee will attend the
meeting to accept the proclamation commemorating the 20th anniversary of the Sub's
commissioning.
Public Hearings (Hayselton Drive issues) - Staff announced that the applicant has
withdrawn his applications in the issues which would have been presented at the public
hearing, so those will not be considered by the Council on Monday night.
2011 -152 (business license penalties) - questions were asked regarding this issue.
2011 -153 (business license revocation issues) - *Councilwoman Carrie Carroll arrived
during discussion of this item. Questions were asked regarding the issue.
Informal Calendar - Staff requested that Councilman Rich Koon allow Bill 2011 -135
(agreement with City of St. Martins) to remain on the Informal Calendar.
Councilman Bill Luebbert commended the Police Department on the HOPE project.
