CALL TO ORDER
The February 20, 2012, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:45 P.M. by Mayor
Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Bray, Harvey, Koon, Luebbert, Schulte, Scrivner, and Weber
Absent: Carroll, and Pope
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Liaison reports: Councilman Shawn Schulte will make an announcement about the
upcoming 50th annual Ice Show at the Ice Arena.
Staff has asked the Council to consider suspending the rules on Bill 2011 -151 as it affects
numerous law enforcement entities. Councilman Mike Harvey stated he would be willing to
do request suspension of the rules if no one had any problems with his doing so.
Bill 2011 -135 (agreement with St. Martins) - Councilman Rich Koon stated that he will leave
this on the Informal Calendar.

The meeting adjourned at 5:55 P.M.
