I am also requesting all evidence the City of Temple Clty or Its represenfiatives may have be mailed to me at the address on the citation. This would Include all pictures, written statements, and names of issuing Officers. I am also requesting those officers be at the hearing for cross examination. If pictures can be produced with a time and date stamp -showing the Placard was not in the appropriate location, I will withdraw my request for a "Hearing In Person." Because It took so long for this notice to arrive It leaves me little time to get all the material requested. I do not know, maybe this is by design, I am left with no alternative but to pay the Bail in order for this to proceed. The post mark on the envelope shows, August 28, 2017, but it appears to be printed by a postal machine in your office. Please be advised that for the last three days I have been trying to get the Information that you requested to show I qualify for "No Bail". I cannot get It and send it to you by August 11, 2017. For this reason enclosed Is a check for $55.00. Please let me know when the hearing will be, and if at all possible please allow at least a three week leeway.
