CALL TO ORDER
The March 5, 2012, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:45 P.M. by Mayor Eric
Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Bray, Carroll (5:49 P.M.), Harvey, Koon, Luebbert, Pope, Schulte,
Scrivner (5:50 P.M.), and Weber
Absent: None
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Liaison reports: Councilman Mike Harvey announced that a Special Public Safety
Committee meeting will be held on Thursday, March 8 at 3:00 P.M.
RS2011 -42 - Councilman Ralph Bray asked if the Resolution could be moved up on the
agenda and voted on after the citizens speak on the matter. Mayor Eric Struemph asked
Councilman Bray to make that motion and the Council could do that if they so wished.
Bill 2011 -135 (agreement with St. Martins) - Councilman Rich Koon stated that he will leave
this on the Informal Calendar as staff has indicated it is not yet ready to vote on.
