CALL TO ORDER
The March 19, 2012, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:45 P.M. by Mayor
Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Bray, Carroll (5:50 P.M.), Koon, Luebbert, Pope, Schulte, Scrivner,
and Weber
Absent: Harvey
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
2011 -154 (Annexation Ordinance passed at March 1 meeting) - Councilman Bob
Scrivner stated he would make a motion for reconsideration at the appropriate point in
tonight's meeting, then place it on the Informal Calendar, until after the required March 27
public hearing.
2011 -165 (Contract for Warning Sirens) - Councilman Bryan Pope stated he would ask
for suspension of the rules to allow this to move forward.
2011 -155 (Contract with Cole County for Animal Shelter Services) - Councilman Bryan
Pope stated he will be offering an amendment tonight to this bill which will require monthly
reporting by the City to the County.
Bill 2011 -135 (agreement with St. Martins) - Councilman Rich Koon stated that he will
bring this off the Informal Calendar to be voted on tonight.
