CALL TO ORDER
The March 29, 2012, City Council "Brown Bagel" Meeting was convened at 7:30 A.M. by
Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Bray, Carroll (7:43 A.M.), Koon, Luebbert, Pope (7:39 A.M.), Schulte,
and Scrivner
Absent: Harvey and Weber
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
2011 -164 (Fire Improvement Plan) - Councilman Ralph Bray stated he plans to have a
motion to amend by deleting Section 6 of that bill. Councilman Bryan Pope stated he also
will have an amendment. Mayor Eric Struemph asked them to get those in writing to the City
Clerk to be copied and distributed.
2011 -154 (Annexation Ordinance passed at March 1 meeting and reconsidered March
19) - City Administrator Nathan Nickolaus stated he believes this will be ready to vote on
Monday night. Councilman Bob Scrivner asked questions about the zoning where a quarry
is currently located.
Closed Session - City Administrator Nathan Nickolaus stated we need to add a Closed
Session to the agenda to discuss personnel issues.
