CALL TO ORDER
The April 2, 2012, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:45 P.M. by Mayor Eric
Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Bray, Harvey, Koon, Luebbert, Pope, Schulte, Scrivner, and Weber
Absent: Carroll
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
2011 -164 (Fire Improvement Plan) - Councilman Mike Harvey stated he plans to place this
bill on the Informal Calendar.
2011 -154 (Annexation Ordinance passed at March 1 meeting) - Interim City Counselor
Drew Hilpert explained the changes included in the Substitute Bill which he handed out.
