As required by the Massachusetts Open Meeting Law, the Conservation Commission is informing the public that this
meeting will be video recorded . Anyone else intending to record is required to inform the Chairman prior to the
meeting .

Request for Determinations of Applicability
26 Wampum LLC requests determinations as to whether the area — buffer zone to inland wetlands , and the work - installation
of a septic system to serve a proposed bakery, and improvements to an existing store parking area - are subject to the
Wetlands Protection Act and jurisdiction of the BWP Bylaw. Property is on 26 Wampum Drive , 78/110 ( 15/125-13) .
Notices of Intent
(Continued Hearing) Sam Ward proposes to plant native vegetation within 50 feet of inland wetlands as mitigation for
