CALL TO ORDER
The April 16, 2012, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:48 P.M. by Mayor Eric
Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Bray, Harvey, Koon, Luebbert, Pope, Schulte, and Weber
Absent: Carroll and Scrivner
Also present: Newly- elected Council Members Henry, Mihalevich, and Prather
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
2011 -164 (Fire Improvement Plan) - Councilman Mike Harvey stated he plans to allow this
bill to remain on the Informal Calendar, where it will die when the Council adjourns Sine
Die.
Mayor Eric Struemph asked the Council to look over the proposed appointments to make
sure everything looks agreeable as he would like to recommend those appointments for
Council approval tonight.

The meeting adjourned at 5:59 P.M.
