CALL TO ORDER
The May 17, 2012, City Council "Brown Bagel" Meeting was convened at 7:35 A.M. by
Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Carroll, Henry, Luebbert, Mihalevich, Pope, Prather, Schulte, Scrivner,
and Weber
Absent: Bray
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
2012 -21 and 2012 -22 (building and fire codes) - Janice McMillan stated that the City has
received correspondence from the Home Builders Association stating that they have
reviewed the substitute bills accepted by the Council on May 7, and their membership have
no problems with the language in the bills.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 7:45 A.M.
