Koch, Jr. - Henry V. Pope - Curtis H. Dodson - Henry F. Lilienthal - J.R.Fountain The Minutes of the re,l,ular meeting held on June 13, 1959 were read approved and adopted. J.R.Fountain reported bank balances on June 30, 1959 as follows: Water Fund $ 51266.$$ General Fund 12,392.27 Reserve Depreciation Fund $ 1 383.26 " it Savings $,000,00 Payments during the month of June, 1959 from the general fund were on checks # 852 through $$2 and totaled $ 23715.41. Payments during June,1959 from the Water Fund were on checks # 191 through 195 and totaled $ 12017.90. All of the above payments were unanimously approved. Vice -Mayor Koch read the police,water and trash reports. 911 of the reports were approved. The Commissiohers voted unanimously to have Mr. Dodson and J.R.Fountain decide and invest the $ 8,000.00 now invested in a certificate of deposit at the First National Bank of Delray. Mr. Pope moved,Mr. Dodson join the County Municipal Assoc. be paid. Carried unanimously. seconded a motion that the Town and that the fee of $ 14.00 The Commissioners tabled the discussion regarding the town participating in the Tri- County League. Resolution # 4$$ (Copy attached to these minutes) was read, approved and adopted. J.R.Fountain announced that he would have the Tax Roll edited and compiled by July 15, 1959 for the Equalization Meeting. ATTE There being no futher business the Commissioners adjourned.
