CALL TO ORDER
The May 21, 2012, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:45 P.M. by Mayor Eric
Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Bray, Henry, Luebbert, Mihalevich, Pope, Prather, Schulte, and
Weber
Absent: Carroll and Scrivner
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Committee Reports: Councilman Shawn Schulte stated he will have a report to give for
the Airport Advisory Committee. Councilman Bob Weber stated that, as Vice Chairman of
the Public Works & Planning Committee, he will give the report tonight in the absence of
the Chairman, Councilman Bob Scrivner.
2012 -6 (Fire Improvement Plan) - Councilman Rick Mihalevich stated he has distributed
a substitute bill and explained that the main change is adding in accountability to the
Council for the funds expended.
