Minutes of the Special City Council Meeting of August 20, 2019; 2. Minutes of the Regular City Council Meeting of August 20, 2019; and 3. Minutes of the Special City Council Meeting of August 28, 2019. Recommendation: Approve. B. TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC SAFETY COMMISSION ACTIONS The City Council is requested to receive and file Actions of the Regular Planning Commission Meeting of August 14, 2019. Recommendation: Receive and file. C. PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION ACTIONS The City Council is requested to receive and file Actions of the Regular Planning Commission Meeting of August 21, 2019. Recommendation: Receive and file. D. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 19 -5421 APPROVING PAYMENT OF BILLS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2019-20 The City Council is requested to adopt Resolution No. 19-5421 authorizing the payment of bills. ACCEPTABILITY OF LIMITED INSURANCE AND INDEMNITY POLICY PROPOSED BY LYFT, INC. IN THE RIDESHARE PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT BETWEEN LYFT, INC. AND TEMPLE CITY The City Council is requested to determine Lyft’s limited indemnity policy and the level of risk it exposes the City. Presentation: City Manager Recommendation: Provide direction to staff regarding the acceptability of indemnification language proposed by Lyft in the Rideshare Partnership Agreement with Temple City. 11.
