ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 19 -5421 APPROVING PAYMENT OF BILLS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2019-20 The City Council is requested to adopt Resolution No. 19-5421 authorizing the payment of bills. AND TEMPLE CITY The City Council is requested to determine Lyft’s limited indemnity policy and the level of risk it exposes the City. Presentation: City Manager Recommendation: Provide direction to staff regarding the acceptability of indemnification language proposed by Lyft in the Rideshare Partnership Agreement with Temple City. 11.
