Mayor Fish called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 6 :30 p.m . in the Council
Chambers located at 5938 Ka uffman Avenue , Temple City.

Councilmember Man made a motion to excuse Councilmember Yu . Councilmember
Sternquist second the motion.

City Council recessed to closed sess ion at 6:31 p .m . and reconvened with all
members p resent at 7:42 p .m .
CLOSED SESSION STATEMENT
City Attorney Murphy reported that City Council met in C losed Session regarding
Closed Session item A , C and D. On Item A , City Council gave direction to the
C ity Attorney to negotiate settlement on the defined terms and if settlement is
reached , it would be approved by the court and made public. There is no
reportable action for Items B "Anticipated Litigation " and C "Labor Negotiation ".
City Counci l did not receive briefing on Item D.
5. ADJOURNMENT
The C ity Council Special Meeting was adjourned at 7 :41 p .m .
