CALL TO ORDER
The June 4, 2012, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:45 P.M. by President
Pro Tempore Bob Weber in the absence of Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Bray, Henry, Luebbert, Mihalevich, Pope, Prather, Schulte, Scrivner,
and Weber
Absent: Carroll
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Presentations from Gallery on Miscellaneous Items: City Administrator Nathan
Nickolaus asked if the Council could consider moving #19 up on the agenda to #10 to allow
the presenter, a resident of a senior housing unit, to make her presentation earlier in the
meeting. Council had no objections to allowing the presentation to be moved up.
2012 -28 (Southside TIF): City Counselor Drew Hilpert asked the sponsor of this bill,
Councilman Shawn Schulte, if he would consider placing this on the Informal Calendar at
tonight's meeting as some other information has come in which needs to be added into the
bill before it is finalized. Councilman Shawn Schulte stated he would do so.
RS2012 -5 (Endorsing Fire Fighters Museum): Councilman Ralph Bray stated he had a
couple of amendments he plans to offer to this resolution at tonight's meeting which will
indicate that the funds used at this stage shall be private donations.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:53 P.M.
