The Proposed Use will not be detrimental to the public health, safety and welfare
• The Peapod/Stop&Shop Pick Up will not have any effect regarding public health, safety and
welfare. This is a convenience to our existing customers who may choose to pick up groceries rather than
entering the store
The proposed use will comply in all respects to the provisions of the underlying district or districts within which
the land is located
• The Peapod/Stop& Shop Pick Up is an accessory use to the previously permitted supermarket. It is
located In the Pleasant Street Zoning District as well as the Limited Redevelopment Overlay District. It is under
4,000 sf of new building area and is a permitted use.
All necessary permits have been received from those governmental agencies from which approval is required
by federal or state law.
Y We are not aware of any state or federal permits that will be required for this improvement.
The elevation in mean sea level to which proposed new or substantially improved structure will be elevated or
flood proofed,whether or not the structure has a basement is required
• The proposed elevation of the structures are approximately 23.5 Sea Level Datum of 1929 Geodetic
Survey
