SUMMARY STATEMENT:
City Council conducted the annual performance evaluation of the City Manager at their meeting on January
09, 2020. Based on the performance rating provided by the Council, the City Manager is eligible for a 3.5%
merit increase to her base salary.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Grant a 3.5% merit pay increase to the City Manager, Anette Spickard, effective 1/25/2020.
