RECOMMENDATION:
The City Council is requested to receive and file the Transportation and Pub lic Safety
Comm ission (Com mission ) actions from their regular meeting of August 28 , 2019 .
BACKGROUND :
On August 28 , 2019 the Commission held their regularly schedu led meeting .
ANALYSIS :
The following is a summary of actions ta ken at the August 28 , 2019 meeting :
1. ROLL CALL

2 . CONSENT CALENDAR
The Commission approved the minutes of the August 14 , 20 19 meeti ng .

3. PARKING CITATION HEARINGS
The Commission held five hearings in person . Four citations were upheld and one
citation was dismissed .
The Commission held four hearings by written declaration . Three citations were
upheld and one citation was dismissed .

FISCAL IMPACT:
This item does not have an impact on the Fiscal Year 2019-20 City Budget.
