MINUTES OF THE MEETING
COUNCIL WORK SESSION, JUNE 18, 2012
CALL TO ORDER
The June 18, 2012, City Council "Pre- Meeting" Meeting was convened at 5:45
P.M. by Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Bray, Henry, Luebbert, Mihalevich, Pope, Prather, and
Weber
Absent: Carroll, Schulte, and Scrivner
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Committee Reports:
Councilman Ralph Bray stated he will give the Finance Committee report in the
absence of Councilman Shawn Schulte.
Announcements of Upcoming Meetings and Events:
Councilman Bryan Pope will make an announcement under item 11(e) about the
Fire Improvement Tax campaign.
2012 -28 (Southside TIF) — Discussion was held regarding whether to vote on
this tonight or wait until the Finance Chairman, Councilman Schulte, can be
present. City Counselor Drew Hilpert stated he thinks the developers may have
some sort of timing issue that would require them to move forward tonight if at all
possible.

The meeting adjourned at 5:50 P.M.
