Home My Public Portal About20120702 premeeting1 MINUTES OF THE COUNCIL "PRE- MEETING" WORK SESSION JULY 2, 2012 CALL TO ORDER The July 2, 2012, City Council "Pre- Meeting" Meeting was convened at 5:45 P.M. by Mayor Eric Struemph. ATTENDANCE The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened: Present: Bray, Henry, Mihalevich, Pope, Prather, and Weber Absent: Carroll, Luebbert, Schulte, and Scrivner (arrived at 5:49 P.M.) A quorum was present. DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS Committee Reports: Councilman Larry Henry stated he will give a liaison report on the Environmental Quality Commission meeting. Announcements of Upcoming Meetings and Events: Councilman Bryan Pope will make an announcement under item 11(e) about the Fire Improvement Tax campaign. Substitute 2012 -38 (Temporary Consumption Permit Sunset Clause): City Counselor Drew Hilpert explained the clarifications in the substitute bill distributed to the Council. ADJOURNMENT The meeting adjourned at 5:50 P.M.
