COUNCIL "BROWN BAGEL" WORK SESSION, JULY 12, 2012
CALL TO ORDER
The July 12, 2012, City Council "Brown Bagel" Meeting was convened at 7:35
A.M. by Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Carroll, Henry, Luebbert, Mihalevich Prather, Schulte, and
Scrivner
Absent: Bray, Pope, and Weber
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Consent Agenda — Questions were asked regarding warning sirens. City
Administrator Nathan Nickolaus asked I.T.S. Director Bill Betts to send the link
showing the siren map to the Mayor and Council.
Announcements of Upcoming Meetings and Events — Councilwoman Carrie
Carroll asked Chief Roger Schroeder if it would be possible to have an
announcement made about the backpack giveaway fundraiser event in which
Officer Chuck Walker has been involved. That will be added to the agenda for
Monday night's meeting.
Minutes and Reports Received and Filed — Councilman Bob Scrivner stated
he believes there may be a typographical error in one of the Historic Preservation
Commission minutes. Planning and Protective Services Director Janice McMillan
stated she would check into it so the Commission could vote to make any
necessary corrections and resubmit the minutes at a later date.

The meeting adjourned at 7:50 A.M.
