COUNCIL "PRE- MEETING" WORK SESSION, AUGUST 20, 2012
CALL TO ORDER
The August 20, 2012, City Council "Pre- Meeting" Meeting was convened at 5:47
P.M. by Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Bray, Carroll, Henry, Luebbert, Mihalevich, Prather, Schulte,
Scrivner, and Weber
Absent: *Pope (arrived at 5:51 P.M.)
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Public Hearings: Janice McMillan explained that the developer has asked to
place part of the four bills on the Informal Calendar. Following a brief discussion,
the sponsor of the bills, Councilman Rick Mihalevich, stated he would follow
staff's recommendations to go ahead and vote on Bills 2012 -48 and 2012 -59,
and place bills 2012 -50 and 2012 -51 on the Informal Calendar.
*Councilman Bryan Pope arrived during this discussion (5:51 P.M.)
