COUNCIL "PRE- MEETING" WORK SESSION, SEPTEMBER 4, 2012
CALL TO ORDER
The September 4, 2012, City Council "Pre- Meeting" Meeting was convened at
5:50 P.M. by Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Bray, Henry, Luebbert, Mihalevich, Pope, Prather, Schulte,
and Weber
Absent: Carroll and Scrivner
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Amendment to agenda — Councilman Bray stated he will make a motion to
amend the agenda to add Bill 2012 -69 to "Bills Introduced" and explained that it
is to provide funding the Moreland Drive Neighborhood Improvement Project
which was discussed at the last Budget Committee meeting.
New Business: City Administrator Nathan Nickolaus stated that he is prepared
to bring the Conference Center RFP before the Council tonight for consideration.
Following discussion, several Council Members stated they would prefer to have
a little more time to study it before taking any actions. Mr. Nickolaus stated he
would not bring it forward under New Business tonight in accordance with
Council's preference.

The meeting adjourned at 5:56 P.M.
