We have searched the County records and find the following two deeds:

STATE DEED: From State of Idaho as Grantor to William Deinhard
as Grantee, dated December 8, 1943 and filed for record in the
office of the Recorder of Valley County, Idaho on January 15,
1944 in Book 22 of Deeds at page 483; (copy enclosed)
Said deed conveys the said NA SEk LESS right of way for State
Highway;
Said lands are subject to IDAHO CODE, Section 56-504 and
IDAHO CODE, Section 47-701.
WARRANTY DEED: From William Deinhard and Mamie Deinhard, husband
and wife, as Grantors to Gem State Telephone Company, an Idaho
corporation, as Grantee, dated March, no day given, 1956 and
filed for record in the office of the Recorder of Valley County,
Idaho on June 7, 1956 in Book 29 of Deeds at page 608. (copy
enclosed). Conveying said Tax #64A.
We do not find in the records, any conveyance from Gem State Telephone
Company to any party.
We have checked with the County treasurer, and do not find said tract
assessed for taxes.
There are no mortgages on,said tract.
