COUNCIL "PRE- MEETING" WORK SESSION, SEPTEMBER 17, 2012
CALL TO ORDER
The September 17, 2012, City Council "Pre- Meeting" Meeting was convened at
5:50 P.M. by Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Bray, Henry, Luebbert, Mihalevich, Pope, Prather, Schulte,
and Weber
Absent: Carroll and Scrivner
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Bills Introduced
2012 -72 (Conveyance of Property) — Councilman Ralph Bray indicated he is
withdrawing Bill 2012 -72 as it is not quite ready to bring before the Council yet.
Informal Calendar
2012 -52 (Adoption of 2012 -2013 Budget) Councilman Schulte will bring Bill
2012 -52 off the Informal Calendar to be voted on tonight.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:50 P.M.
