Mayor Pro Tem Chavez called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 6:30 p. m. in the Council
Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City,
2. ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Councilmember —Man, Sternquist, Yu, Chavez
ABSENT: Councilmember — Fish
ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Cook, City Attorney Murphy, City Clerk Kuo
Councilmember Man made a motion to excuse Mayor Fish. Seconded by Councilmember Yu.
3. PUBLIC COMMENTS —None
4. CLOSED SESSION
A. Purpose: Conference with Labor Negotiator
Authority: Government Code Section 54957.6
Agency Representative: City Attorney and City Manager
Employee Group: Temple City Employee Association,
Unrepresented General, Part -Time Employees
City Council recessed to closed session at 630and reconvened with all members present at 7:28
p. m.

City Council met in Closed Session and was briefed on Closed

A, "Labor
Negotiation".
There is no reportable action.
