COUNCIL "PRE- MEETING" WORK SESSION, OCTOBER 1, 2012
CALL TO ORDER
The October 1, 2012, City Council "Pre- Meeting" Meeting was convened at 5:47
P.M. by Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Bray, Henry, Luebbert, Mihalevich, Pope, Prather, Schulte,
and Scrivner
Absent: *Carroll and Weber
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Committee and Liaison Reports
Councilman Larry Henry will make a liaison report on JCTV Steering Committee.
*Councilwoman Carrie Carroll arrived at 5:50 P.M.
Informal Calendar
2012 -51 and 2012 -52 - Councilman Mihalevich will leave these two bills on the
Informal Calendar, where they will die at tonight's meeting.
