Mayor Fish called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 6:31 p.m. in the Council
Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.

PRESENT: Councilmember - Man, Sternquist, Yu (arrived at 6:40 p.m.),
Chavez, Fish
ABSENT: Councilmember - None
ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Cook, City Attorney Murphy, City Clerk Kuo
Councilmember Man made a motion to excuse Councilmember Yu. Seconded by
Mayor Pro Tem Chavez.

City Attorney Murphy reported that City Council met in Closed Session and discussed
Closed Session Item B "Public Employee Evaluation" and Closed Session Item C
"Anticipated Litigation". There is no reportable action for either of the items.
City Council did not discuss Closed Session Item A "Labor Negotiation".

The City Council Special Meeting was adjourned at 7:51 p.
