Question 1 Recount
In accordance with the petition filed with the Town Clerk's Office for a recount of the
May 218t, 2019 , Annual Town Election Ballot of Question 1 , a recount was held on
June 5th , 2019 , at 10 : 00am at the Town Hall , Rm . B . 2198 Main St. , Brewster, MA
02631 .
The duly sworn workers were as follows : Ballot Readers and Talliers : Phil Gaudette ,
Yarmouth Town Clerk, Taylor White , Sandwich , Town Clerk, Cindy Nicholson , Eastham
Assistant Town Clerk, Sara McDonald , Dennis Assistant Town Clerk, Joan Carstanjen ,
Resident, Sally Andreola, Resident, Lauren Elliott- Grunes , Resident, and Mary Eddy,
Resident . Blockers : Anne Lemaitre and Michelle Tero . Runners : Jayanne Sci,
Assistant Town Clerk and Tammi Mason . Lisa Vitale was the Total Tally Keeper and
Susan Broderick the Minute Taker. Police Chief Heath Eldridge .
Petitioner David Danish was present with his appointed observers as follows : Dennis
Hanson , Herb Montgomery, Elizabeth Kelsey, Whitney Danish , Adam Lange , Dan
Secor, and Mike Kelsey. Selectperson Cynthia Bingham was present representing the
Select Board with her appointed observers as follows ; Robert Harris , Patricia Hess ,
Joanne Hughes , John Lamb , Geri Carlin , Judy Miller, Tom Hughes . Lauren Goldberg,
Town Counsel from KP Law was also present.
Registrars appointed and present: Francis Smith , Katie Miller-Jacobus , and Colette M .
Williams , Town Clerk.
The Meeting was called to order at loam and dissolved at 11 : 14am with the following
